The space physical dimensions,  function, required furniture/ equipment, structural system, materiality and cost.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

The impact on both the natural and built environments, such as: climate, natural elements, soft/hardscape elements, mobility networks, neighbors and connected users.

USER NEEDS

Dealing with the target user as the main actor of creating the interactive sustainable space. The expected users of any of our designs are studied in terms of: age, gender, education, culture, familiarity with the project and the behavioral patterns.

INDOOR-OUTDOOR RELATIONSHIP

Understanding the influence of, “critical nodes“ that connect our designs to the surrounding environment, such as: entrances, sidewalks, land corners, crossings, plazas and underground levels.

Our main goal is to create a flexible spaces that enable sustainable interaction with the environment. Our strategy stems from a profound understanding to the significance of contextual design with particular emphases on the inextricable link between architecture and urban design.
